I'm training for my first half marathon (10 days away!) so I've been running a whole lot lately. I use MapMyRun to track my runs, its really encouraging to see the progress in my endurance and pace over the last few months. I only started running seriously in 2017, so it's incredible to me how far I've come in just one year. Remember, it all starts with just one foot in front of the other :)
